Well, there are 2.1 HDMI cables already so I’d expect to see switches as well. Though we haven’t seen one yet.

I chose the SGEYR HDMI SWITCH 5×1 and it DID include the usb cable for the power adapter so that leaves just a single con for the SGEYR Switch. I found it’s mostly not even necessary to plug it in for power because it runs well from my X-box and my Nintendo Switch but I also connected a PSTV which does not provide sufficient power to the HDMI switch so I had to either keep the X-Box on at the same time just to power it on or finally break down and connect the power cord. I connected it and have not had any problems at all. Works great.

Hi Jon,

We haven’t seen a 20-inputs switch so far. Will let you know if we stumble upon one.

The best I can find is one from Monoprice that accepts eight inputs, but this is not enough. Is it not technically possible for them to make more inputs on one device? I’d rather not start chaining these in case of lag or degradation. Please let me know if you ever learn of an HDMI switch box with like 20 inputs (or at least more than my current eight). Thanks.
