How to choose a bed and mattress for years?

Properly selected bedroom furniture should not only match our aesthetic preferences, but also work well with the room in terms of size. Incorrectly selected, too large a bed size can not only unnecessarily dominate the bedroom decor in the visual sense, but also make it difficult (or even impossible) to move freely around the interior. Therefore, before making a selection and purchase, it is worth to precisely measure the room and estimate the space we have at our disposal.
Beds should not only make maximum use of the space, but also be set up in such a way as to give the possibility of free movement around the interior. At the same time, however, several principles should be kept in mind. One unwritten rule is that the bed should be at least 20 cm longer than the height of the user. The height is also worth paying some attention to here. It is best when sitting on the bed (with your feet fully set on the floor), the angle between your thigh and calf is close to 90°. However, the size of the sleeping area will require most thought from us.
